The Luxury Lodge Safari (4 nights)

Day One & Two - Tanda Tula Safari Camp
On arrival in Johannesburg, you will take a short connecting flight to the town of Hoedspruit, a mere 40 minutes away. We will make all travel arrangements for you.

Upon arrival in Hoedspruit, you will be met by Wayne Donaldson, who will be your private guide and host for the duration of the Safari. You will be transferred to the luxurious tended camp of Tanda Tula, just in time for lunch and some time to relax around the pool, before going out on the afternoon game drive. All your game drives will be on a private basis, so you will have your own guide, tracker and vehicle. This is the best way to safari, as your group will have carte blanche on deciding what is important for their safari, and how you would like to spend your days.

This well-appointed camp has been cleverly designed to blend in with nature. The tents each have their own private deck, en-suite bathrooms and outside showers, making for an exceptional stay. Here one can opt to have breakfast in the bush, dinners around the boma by the warmth of a roaring fire, or a private, romantic dinner arranged on your tent deck at no extra charge.

At Tanda Tula you will enjoy two game viewing excursions each day, either in open Land Rovers or on foot. The rangers and trackers here are amongst the most highly qualified in Africa, assuring that your game experience will be unforgettable, exciting and informative.

Day Three & Four - Kings Camp
Day 3 will see us travel to the luxurious lodge of Kings Camp, where we will arrive just in time for lunch, and then also time for relaxing at the pool, or at the spa.

Situated in the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, Kings Camp reflects the charm and romance of a colonial past in a pristine corner of unspoilt Africa. Kings Camp is situated facing an open savanna plain with a waterhole, which is frequented by a wide variety of wildlife, day and night.

Eleven generously spacious colonial suites are luxuriously equipped with air-conditioning, Victorian ball-and-claw bath, indoor and outdoor double shower, fully stocked mini-bar and private verandah. Dark tones of wood and thatch offset the natural colours of the bushveld. Morning and afternoon game drives with knowledgeable rangers in open vehicles. You will be served tea, coffee and biscuits on your morning game drive and drinks and canapés on your afternoon game drive. Your afternoon game drive gets back after dark, which gives you the opportunity to spot our nocturnal animals with a spotlight.
On warm evenings, guests may be treated to a three course meal in the heart of the bushveld. As guests complete their evening game drive, they will be enticed by the essence of a burning fire, to arrive to a hurricane lit “dining room” in the bush.
With the finest in cuisine and service excellence, guests will enjoy an unforgettable feast under African starlit skies.

Day Five - Travel
Day 5 will see us head to Eastgate Airport in the town of Hoedspruit, a mere 40 minutes away. Here you will take your connecting flight back to Johannesburg, or maybe to Cape Town for some more fun and sightseeing.

Your 4 Night Safari Adventure now ends, but the memories will linger on forever.
